Miss Kate’s Reading and Relaxation group read “How Full Is Your Bucket” and designed their own yoga journals that highlighted ideas on what they would do to fill a friend or family member’s bucket. Many colorful pictures were displayed in their journals. We ended our class with a fun game of Downward Dog freeze tag. Great work group.
