The 2006 Pulitzer Prize winners were announced this week. In the Fiction category the winner was March by Geraldine Brooks (Viking) and in the General Non-Fiction category the winner was Imperial Reckoning: The Untold Story of Britain’s Gulag in Kenya by Caroline Elkins (Henry Holt).
