The Massachusetts Book Awards for 2006 were announced this month. According to the website, “books must have been written by authors who currently live and work in Massachusetts or must present topics of particular and specific importance to the Commonwealth regardless of their author’s residency.” The Hanson Library has all the award winners and honor books available for checkout, which include fiction and nonfiction and adult and kids books. Specific titles include:
