Pre-K & up — Thursdays, 2:30 pm
Interested in exposing your child to yoga? Bring your favorite little yogi and join Miss Kate for Yoga Stories! Library Teacher and certified Kids Yoga Instructor Miss Kate incorporates books, music & movement, games, gentle breathing, and relaxing meditation. Participants should bring a yoga mat or towel & water bottle to class. Program begins 9/12.
Reading & Relaxation New!
Grades K-2 — Thursdays, 4:00 pm
Library Teacher and certified Kids Yoga Instructor Miss Kate incorporates books, yoga movements, and activities to help spur a love of reading. Meditation and relaxation exercises, along with group reading, will also be included. Space is limited. Participants should bring a yoga mat or towel & water bottle to class. Program begins 9/13.
Ages 0-3 — Fridays, 10:00 am-10:30 am
Drop in, no registration required
Ms Ann Marie will lead children and caregivers in finger play, songs, and books. Program begins 9/7.
Ages 3-7 — Fridays, 10:30 am
Ms Ann Marie will read stories and assist with making a craft. Program begins 9/7.
