Join Jessica McCabe at the Hanson Public Library 5 for a free meal planning workshop! Jessica will provide tips for effective meal planning, covering a few different ways to create meal plans based on her learning and helping others. You will leave with a personalized approach to meal planning, and tips and resources you can use at home! This workshop is open to adults and teen aged 16+.
Presenter Bio: Jessica McCabe is a certified wellness life coach who enjoys supporting mothers and caretakers in finding ways to make their lives easier. She has worked in higher education much of her career, supporting students with time management, study strategies and life balance. When not working, she enjoys spending time with her family, reading and spending time outside.
